This channel is managed through our Operations Manager and your dedicated Resident Supervisor, working directly with your defined main contact person.

Your day-to-day needs will revolve around our highly competent and trained Resident Supervisor. This individual is on-site daily to coordinate all client requests, ensure the completion of all cleaning schedules, set up daily programs for the housekeeping staff, handle spontaneous needs, and conduct regular consultations with your representative.

Any matters requiring input from our senior management will be addressed promptly. These issues are resolved either immediately or during a scheduled monthly meeting with your representative, complete with comprehensive reports submitted for your review.
